Heather Cowan began her career in the optical field over ten years ago as a dispensary assistant, where her passion for the industry quickly grew. In 2022, she became a licensed optician and is now the Operations Manager at our Sherwood Park Location. Heather also holds an LPN nursing license, which strengthens her patient-centered approach to care. Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother of three. Her journey is a true example of growth, hard work, and following what you love.
